Shipping & Delivery Policy

At WeVoice News, we provide access to digital content and interactive features such as short-form news videos, live audio discussion sessions hosted by independent creators, and tips to independent creators. We do not offer any physical products. Therefore, no physical shipping or delivery is applicable.

    1 | Digital Delivery 

  • All services provided through the WeVoice News app — including video content and access to live audio chat rooms — are delivered digitally via our mobile application.

  • Once a payment is successfully made (for example, to access a paid audio session), access is granted immediately or as scheduled, and can be consumed via the app using the registered account.

    2 | Delivery Timeframe

  •  Instant Access: For on-demand content and immediate sessions, access is granted within seconds of payment confirmation.

  •  Scheduled Events: For future events or live discussions, users will be notified in-app and via email/push notification prior to the scheduled time

    3 | No Shipping Charges 

  • Since WeVoice is a digital-only platform, there are no shipping or handling charges applicable.
